Project Manager
Job Description
We
are seeking a talented Project Manager to establish and manage
all assigned advertising projects including resource
scheduling, project tracking, risk analysis, cost management,
variances, change management, evaluating, and issue
management.
The
appropriate candidate would also have a four (4) year college
degree or equivalent; three (3) to five (5) years of
project management training and/or equivalent project management
experience. Experience with project management training
and/or equivalent project management experience. Enterprise
project management skills preferred, Microsoft technologies,
Experience with PMI methodologies and certification a
plus.
This position would complete the
following functions:

Quality Control
-Executing and following defined quality control, unit and
system, testing procedures in order to maintain overall quality of
deliverables.

Coaching - Assist team
members to reach project objectives by providing corrective and
positive feedback and arranging organizational support to overcome
bar

Project Management -
Adjust to Project Management methodology guidelines in order to
manage entire project life cycle.
·
Project Reporting -
Monitor all issues or problems, complete documentation for
reporting status of projects, and explain any variances to all
project stakeholders.
·
Create Partnerships -
Establish relationships at all levels of the agency in order to
effectively solve problems.
·
Support Account Services
- Support Account Services team and at the project level
while providing status, budget, and timeline updates to the Account
Team(s).
